SEAL
& FINISH is an easy-to-use, water base coating that makes concrete
surfaces easier to clean and resistant to staining. Its clear, low-gloss
finish seals and protects new or existing, interior or exterior horizontal
concrete. It can also be applied over or under other concrete coatings
or as a protective layer over concrete stains. The final gloss will
be determined by the initial porosity of the surface and the number
of the coats applied. Multiple coats will produce a semi-gloss finish.
SEAL & FINISH does not require acid etching and can be touched up
or recoated with simple surface preparation. SEAL & FINISH is not
recommended for some areas.
